Completing Timesheets

How does your leisure centre staff submit their hours worked for the Leisure Centres.  We would like to find out if there is easier ways than completing timesheets every week.

Hi Bobby

We don’t have Timesheets anymore. All staff scan in/out using a fingerprint recognition system. The admin staff carry out a daily analysis against rostered hours to confirm everyone is in on time/leaving on time and all absence and o/t etc is dealt with.

A much better system than when we used Timesheets.

That sounds interesting David, would you mind sharing some details on the fingerprint system you mention?
