Hilda Ramsay is currently a Venue Manager within East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure Trust.
Her primary role is managing Neilston Leisure Centre and Eastwood High Sports Centre.
She has been in the leisure industry since 1989 and has held many different roles from lifeguard to aerobics instructor, swimming teacher to events officer right up to manager level.
Hilda joined the group in 2005, after completing her MBA in business while working for East Renfrewshire Council.
